C.J. Hamm is a Tucson Native who has been a part of the Tucson restaurant scene in one facet or another since 1995. A true localist before the term was even coined, he has championed local cuisine as a restaurant worker, food writer, and local food competition judge. Most recently, C.J. Hamm has enjoyed time as a general manager and/or chef for Jackson Tavern and Red’s Smokehouse + Tap Room. He is currently Executive Chef of Saguaro Corners and Executive Chef/Owner at Mulligans Sports Grill.
