THE GASTRONOMIC UNION OF TUCSON (GUT), A COLLABORATIVE ENDEAVOR OF SOME OF TUCSON’S BEST-LOVED AND MOST-ACCLAIMED CHEFS AND FOOD PROFESSIONALS, IS THRILLED TO ANNOUNCE ITS PRE-COLUMBIAN/POSTMODERN DINNER SUNDAY, JULY 29TH AT THE CARRIAGE HOUSE. EMBRACING THE SPIRIT OF CREATIVE EXCHANGE THAT HAS GARNERED TUCSON’S UNESCO DESIGNATION AS A WORLD CITY OF GASTRONOMY, THE CHEFS OF GUT ARE OFFERING A 5 COURSE MENU WITH HORS D’OEUVRE AND BEVERAGE PAIRINGS FOR $75. THE MENU FOR THIS EVENT WILL CONSIST OF FOODS CULTIVATED AND HARVESTED IN THIS REGION PRIOR TO EUROPEAN CONTACT. THE CARRIAGE HOUSE, LOCATED AT 125 S. ARIZONA AVENUE IN DOWNTOWN TUCSON WILL HOST THE EVENT. HORS D’OEUVRE WILL BEGIN AT 6 PM. SEATING WILL BE LIMITED. RESERVATIONS ARE AVAILABLE HERE: RESERVATIONS
